[Json-rpc-java] maven

There is an issue open for this -- 
http://issues.jabsorb.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40.

The way I understand it, it requires to set up a repository accessible 
by rsync, which we don't have right now. Michael, Arthur, can we provide 
rsync access?

Apparently, nobody's got to doing it yet.
